Voskevaz Red Dry is an elegant dry red wine that is perfectly suited for various occasions. This exceptional wine comes from the Aragatsotn region in Armenia and is a perfect example of the country's rich wine tradition. The unique flavor profile of Voskevaz Red Dry arises from the combination of two indigenous grape varieties: Hakhtanak and Kakheti. The Hakhtanak grape is known for its deep, rich color and full flavor, while the Kakheti grape contributes to the complexity and refinement of the wine. Together, these grapes create a perfectly balanced wine that is both subtle and powerful. The grapes are harvested at the end of September and early October, when they have reached their ideal ripeness. This timing ensures the right balance between sugars and acids, resulting in a well-structured dry wine. After harvest, the wine is aged for at least six months in stainless steel tanks. This aging process helps preserve the fresh, natural flavors of the wine and ensures that no unwanted wood tones are introduced. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, Voskevaz Red Dry has an ideal balance, making the wine smooth and pleasant without feeling too heavy. Whether you are an experienced wine enthusiast or simply curious about new flavors, Voskevaz Red Dry offers an authentic experience that reflects the essence of Armenia.

The Voskevaz Red Dry is a refined, deep red wine that is a true delight for the senses. The aroma offers a rich and complex scent experience, with a clearly dominant fragrance of ripe red fruit and dark berries. Plums stand out in particular, giving the wine its deep character and complexity. Additionally, there are subtle spicy nuances that add extra dimension to the tasting experience. With the first sip, the wine enters in a balanced and powerful way, with a dry character and velvety tannins that provide an elegant, smooth structure.
This versatile wine pairs excellently with a variety of dishes. The beautiful balance of fruitiness and tannins makes it an excellent choice with red meat, such as grilled steak, lamb, or a juicy côte de boeuf. It also complements stews, like rabbit stew or a rich beef stew, where the deep flavors of the wine blend perfectly with the complex flavors of the meat. Voskevaz Red Dry also pairs well with cheeses, especially aged cheeses like camembert or mature cheddar, where the velvety tannins create a nice balance with the strength of the cheese. The wine is best served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

Voskevaz Winery is a historic wine company, founded in 1932, with a rich history dating back centuries.
