The Monte Da Ria Estate Blend is a refined wine from the Algarve, made from the grape varieties Siria, Arinto, and Encruzado. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and brought to the winery in small crates. There, they are fully destemmed, and the grape juice is clarified in cold stainless steel tanks. The juice is then pumped into other stainless steel tanks, where it ferments at a controlled temperature of around 15°C until all the sugars are converted. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes a sulfur treatment. A few days later, the wine is transferred to a new tank, where it matures for several months. Before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered with bentonite, a mineral substance, to best preserve its fresh aromas. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, this wine offers a refreshing, fruity, and young taste that is perfect for a sunny summer evening on a terrace or a delightful meal. In short, a versatile wine for the true connoisseur.

This beautiful wine has a lemon-yellow color in the glass, with subtle golden nuances that give it an elegant appearance. The aroma is fresh and inviting, with a complex bouquet of floral notes, refreshing citrus fruits, and a delicate mineral undertone that reflects the wine's origin in the Algarve. On the palate, the wine feels wonderfully crisp, with excellent acidity that provides balance and liveliness. It also has a beautiful body, which adds depth, while the fruity notes combine with a light salty taste that evokes the coastal region of the Algarve. This Monte Da Ria Estate Blend is a versatile companion for a wide range of dishes. It pairs perfectly with seafood, such as grilled mussels or oysters, as well as light fish dishes like sea bass or bream. Even lighter meat dishes, such as grilled chicken or veal, go well with this wine. For the best result, it is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of 8-10°C, so the fresh flavors are fully expressed.
