The De Monte Da Ria Branco Reserva comes from the Algarve in Portugal. This white wine is a blend of two indigenous grape varieties: Encruzado (60%) and Arinto (40%), both of which are hand-harvested. The Encruzado undergoes fermentation in wooden barrels and ages there for over six months, with regular batonnage. The Arinto, on the other hand, ferments in stainless steel tanks, with subtle batonnage on the fine lees. After fermentation, both grapes are carefully handled, with the wine undergoing a light fining with minerals and being filtered to preserve the aromas. With an alcohol content of 13%, this wine is known for its refined and fresh taste, a result of the meticulous vinification process that ensures the rich aromas and quality of the grapes are maintained.

The Monte Da Ria Branco Reserva has a beautiful straw-yellow color in the glass and a scent that tantalizes the senses with fruity aromas, complemented by fresh citrus notes. The subtle nuances of toast and a light sweetness come from the partial aging in oak barrels, which further enhance the wine's complexity. On tasting, the fresh and structured flavor immediately stands out, opening up into a full and balanced mouthfeel. The wine has a fine texture and a light salty aftertaste that highlights its freshness. As the wine ages, subtle hints of toasted bread and a delicate tea flavor may develop, further enhancing its complexity. This elegant wine is an excellent choice to pair with seafood, various fish dishes, or even lighter meat dishes and cheeses. Its fresh and refined taste makes it versatile and suitable for a wide range of culinary experiences. It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of 10-12 degrees Celsius to allow the aromas to fully express themselves.
