The Bolfan G – ECO is a biodynamic white wine from the Zagorje region, located in the north of Croatia. The area is known for its excellent wine production. The soil on which the grapes grow is loose in structure and has excellent water permeability, providing the perfect conditions for viticulture. The pH value of the soil is around 7.5, which is neutral to slightly alkaline, ideal for growing Graševina. This biodynamically produced wine carries the ECO label, indicating that the wine is completely free from artificial additives and made with respect for nature. The Bolfan G – ECO is made from the Graševina grape, also known as Welschriesling. The wine is produced according to biodynamic principles, meaning the grapes are grown naturally without chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. The wine undergoes a controlled fermentation process with minimal interventions to preserve the pure expression of the Graševina grape. This method ensures that the wine retains its authentic character. The Bolfan G – ECO has an alcohol content of 13% and has a refined, fresh taste that pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes.

The Bolfan G presents itself with an attractive light yellow-green color. Upon opening the bottle, fresh aromas of minerals and green apple immediately emerge. The taste is refreshing, with clear notes of citrus and freshly cut green apple, enriched with a subtle hint of mint. This elegant wine is not only refreshing but also appetite-stimulating, making every sip inviting for more. The versatility of the Bolfan G makes it an excellent companion to various dishes. The wine's fresh acidity cuts through the rich flavors of grilled meats, resulting in a perfect balance. It pairs beautifully with veal and lamb, where the crisp freshness of the wine complements the richness of the meat. Additionally, both freshwater and seafood dishes are elevated with the Bolfan G. To fully enjoy the Bolfan G, it is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius. This ensures that the fresh and fruity characteristics are fully expressed.
