It sprouted just a few years ago when the first steps were taken into the world of winemaking. In 2014, their very first commercial wine came to life, marking the beginning of a vineyard that serves as a playground for innovative experiments. Driven by curiosity and dedication, the vineyard embraces a handcrafted approach. A limited quantity of grapes is processed by hand using a traditional basket press, which defines the unique character of their process. Wild yeasts are exclusively used during fermentation and aging, all taking place in barrels crafted from Karabakh oak. A meticulous aging process of over a year follows, culminating in a careful bottling process. In the next 3-4 years, they aspire to ambitious goals, with plans to produce as many as 10,000 bottles of wine annually. Alluria not only cherishes the craft of winemaking but also stands as an heir to tradition with a pioneering spirit.
