Voskevaz Rosé is an excellent wine from Armenia, produced by Voskevaz Winery, one of the most prestigious wineries in the country. Located in the Ararat Valley, one of the oldest wine-growing regions in the world, this wine not only offers a rich tasting experience but also provides a glimpse into Armenia's ancient winemaking traditions. The rosé is made from the indigenous Areni grapes, known for their fruity aromas and unique characteristics. These grapes, some of the oldest in Armenia, are handpicked to ensure the highest quality. After harvest, the grapes are carefully pressed and fermented at low temperatures to preserve the fresh, fruity aromas. With an alcohol content of 13%, this rosé is a refined choice. Order Voskevaz Rosé now and experience the authentic flavors of Armenia in a glass. Add a piece of history and top quality to your wine collection.

The Voskevaz Rosé shines with its beautiful bright pink color and a refined aroma of cherries, red berries, and a subtle hint of roses. On the palate, fruity notes of blueberries and raspberries unfold, complemented by a fresh, elegant finish of roses. This rosé offers a perfect balance between fruity freshness and soft textures, making it both accessible and versatile. The Voskevaz Rosé is an ideal choice for a variety of dishes due to its light, fruity character. It pairs excellently as an aperitif, as well as with a summer lunch or dinner. Think of fresh salads, seafood, or light white meat dishes. For the best result, it is recommended to serve the Voskevaz Rosé between 8°C and 10°C, allowing the fresh aromas to fully develop and providing a refreshing, pleasant finish.

The new life of Voskevaz began in 2004 when entrepreneur David Hovhannisyan decided to revive this historic winery. Together with his brothers Gago and Armen, he returned to Armenia to renovate and restore the winery. This marked the beginning of an inspiring journey to rediscover and promote traditional Armenian winemaking techniques. One of the key aspects of this mission was the use of karases, traditional clay amphorae that have played a crucial role in Armenian wine culture for centuries. Throughout the 20th century, the karas method was almost lost, but Voskevaz was one of the pioneers that brought this technique back to life in modern Armenia. The use of karases has led to an exceptional range of wines at Voskevaz. This authentic approach to winemaking results in unique flavor profiles and gives the wines a distinctive character. With a combination of traditional methods and modern knowledge, Voskevaz creates wines of extraordinary quality and finesse.
