Gevorkian Ariats Areni Rosé is the flagship of the Gevorkian Ariats collection and embodies the finesse and precision of Armenian winemaking. This exceptional rosé, made from the esteemed Areni grape, originates from the picturesque vineyards of Aghavnadzor in the Vayots Dzor region. This area holds historical significance due to the discovery of the world's oldest known vineyard, dating back an astonishing 6,000 years. Gevorkian Ariats Areni Rosé is crafted using the traditional saignée method, in which the juice is immediately drawn off as the grapes begin to release liquid under their own weight, without any applied pressure. This results in a wine with a delicate color and refined flavor nuances. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 13°C, ensuring a fresh and vibrant taste. With an alcohol content of 12%, Gevorkian Ariats Areni Rosé offers a refined and harmonious tasting experience. This wine reflects the rich heritage and exceptional quality of the Armenian winemaking tradition and is a perfect choice for the discerning wine lover.

The rosé, crafted using the saignée method, features a strikingly bright and deep color, with a flavor that is richer and more intense than that of other rosé wines. The wine has an elegant pink hue and a fresh aroma reminiscent of wildflowers. On the palate, it offers a full raspberry flavor, complemented by subtle notes of mixed berries, a light acidity, and a long-lasting raspberry finish. Gevorkian Ariats Areni Rosé is ideal for enjoying on warm summer days and is a true treat on its own. It also pairs perfectly with dishes such as cream cheese, goat cheese, fresh vegetable salads, and pasta with a lemon dressing. For optimal preservation, the wine should be stored properly: at a temperature between 5 and 20°C, with a relative humidity of up to 85%. It should be kept indoors, away from direct sunlight and strong odors. When stored correctly, the wine has an unlimited shelf life. For the best tasting experience, serve Gevorkian Ariats Areni Rosé chilled, at a temperature between 8 and 12°C.

Since its founding in 2006, Gevorkian Winery has grown into a leading name in Armenia’s vibrant wine industry.
