Zorah Yeraz, a name that in Armenian means "dream," "Yeraz" embodies Zorah's boundless ambition and artistic vision. "Yeraz" is the centerpiece of Zorah's collection, a masterpiece born from countless visions. This remarkable red wine, hailing from the picturesque Vayots Dzor, is produced with unparalleled dedication in very limited, almost artistic quantities. Hand-harvested grapes from the indigenous Armenian variety Areni Noir undergo a refined vinification process under Zorah's expertise. Fermentation takes place in raw, temperature-controlled concrete tanks with natural yeasts, while aging occurs in traditional amphorae of various sizes for nearly 24 months, with short periods in large, unroasted barrels to soften the tannins. Further aging takes place in bottles for 12 months. With a modest alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine offers a balanced combination of strength and refinement. Let your taste buds embark on a transcendent journey to the majestic hills of Armenia and discover, in every glass, the depth of Vayots Dzor.

This exquisite wine shows a deep ruby red color in the glass. Zorah Yeraz opens the door to a bouquet of enticing aromas, where ripe red cherries and dark fruits dance with a hint of pepper, while subtle traces of cedarwood weave through the scents. On the palate, this wine reveals an intriguing intensity and complexity, rooted in the deep roots of ancient vines. A medium body and balanced acidity provide a harmonious experience, where fine tannins, shaped by the careful aging process, are subtly integrated. Zorah Yeraz is the ideal companion for delicious grilled red meat or a selection of hearty cheeses. To fully reveal the splendor of this wine, we recommend serving it at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. Let your senses embark on a journey of flavorful enjoyment, where each element seamlessly comes together to create an unforgettable experience.
