In the heart of Armenia, where ancient winemaking traditions meet modern organic methods, Trinity Vineyards Canyon shines as a jewel of sustainability and quality. This winery is a true pioneer, being the only one in Armenia that proudly meets European organic certification standards. This dedication to preserving both the earth and the art of winemaking has resulted in the creation of wines of unparalleled class. Trinity Vineyards Canyon embraces the core of Armenian viticulture with pride. Here, the three main grape varieties, Areni Noir, Voskehat, and Khatun Kharji, thrive in harmony with the surrounding nature. But this winery goes beyond tradition; it experiments with a range of native and international grape varieties, such as Syrah, Merlot, and Chardonnay. This leads to bold discoveries and intriguing wines, including the remarkable Jazz Merlot Areni. It all starts in the vineyards, where the grapes are hand-harvested. Merlot is picked as early as September, while Areni waits until the second half of October to reach its full ripeness. The grape clusters are carefully selected and then destemmed and crushed in the cellars. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by an extensive "post-fermentation maceration." The wine is then carefully aged in oak barrels for a period of 12 months. Trinity Vineyards Canyon embodies the essence of Armenia's rich winemaking tradition, offering an unforgettable wine experience. Their commitment to organic farming and sustainability reflects their deep-rooted respect for nature and Armenia’s heritage. Each sip of their wines tells a story of passion and dedication.
