The Trinity Eh Areni Red Dry is a wine that is synonymous with refinement, tradition, and a perfect tasting experience in the world of wine enthusiasts. This exceptional wine comes from the breathtaking Vayots Dzor region in Armenia and is truly a masterpiece of winemaking. It is made from the indigenous Areni grape, with the grapes being harvested with utmost precision, usually towards the end of October, when they reach their optimal ripeness. After careful picking and removal of the stems, the grapes undergo a special treatment. Approximately 15% of the precious juice is kept separately to increase concentration, allowing the wine to develop its rich and distinctive flavor. The wine then undergoes a thorough alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where the grapes have the opportunity to transfer their essential flavors to the wine. But that’s not all. An extended post-fermentation maceration ensures that the wine develops even more depth and complexity, making it a true premium wine. To further refine the signature flavor of the Trinity Eh Red Dry, the wine is lovingly aged for 18 months in Caucasian oak barrels. This aging process not only adds subtle oak notes to the wine but also enhances its texture and balance, resulting in a truly unique wine. Every step in the production process is used to give the wine its characteristic quality and depth, and the end result is nothing short of exceptional. The Trinity Eh Areni Red Dry has a perfectly balanced alcohol content of 14%, reflecting the harmony between the grape variety and the terroir. Order today and discover the enchantment of this beautiful Armenian wine from Vayots Dzor. Your taste buds will be forever grateful.

Upon observing the deep ruby red hue of the Trinity Eh Areni, it becomes immediately clear that this wine holds a treasure trove of flavors. The subtle yet powerful tannins, the pronounced acidity, and the impressively long aftertaste together create an extraordinary harmony and complexity. In the glass, an elegant fruity bouquet comes to life, with the characteristic aromas of ripe black fruits, surrounded by subtle oak notes of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla. This wine is a versatile companion at the dinner table and pairs perfectly with a variety of dishes. Try it with juicy cuts of red meat, spicy dishes, or enjoy its harmonious interplay with firm hard cheeses. The wine elevates the culinary experience and provides an unforgettable tasting journey. To unlock the full flavors and aromas of the Trinity Eh Areni, we recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 16-18°C. This allows the wine to fully showcase its complex character and perfect balance.

Trinity, one of the younger players in the wine production scene of Vayots Dzor, has been led since 2009 by a trio of wine enthusiasts, including a person who actually wrote the book on the history of Armenian wine. At Trinity, the focus is on creating environmentally responsible wines, emphasizing quality over quantity, without the use of modern mass-production methods. The vineyards of Trinity Canyon are located at an altitude of about 1300 meters above sea level, in the picturesque village of Ahavnadhor. Here, we find volcanic, stony clay soils, which are ideal for growing grapes and producing fertile harvests. The grape cultivation is done entirely without the use of chemicals, pesticides, or other synthetic substances, and everything is hand-harvested according to organic and natural principles. Trinity Canyon Vineyards is home to several famous grape varieties, including Areni Noir, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Voskehat. The wine undergoes a fermentation process using traditional Armenian methods, with the use of karases and oak barrels.
