Gevorkian Ariats Areni Kakhani Reserve is a prestigious Armenian wine made from the native Areni grape that grows in the protected region of Vayots Dzor. This wine is produced using the ancient Armenian "Kakhani" method: carefully selected grape clusters are hung on ropes and dried for 3-4 months under controlled conditions. After fermentation at 12°C, the wine ages for 24 months in oak barrels from Armenia, contributing to its rich and complex flavors. With an alcohol content of 16%, this wine reflects a perfect balance of tradition and craftsmanship, offering an exceptional tasting experience. Gevorkian Ariats Areni Kakhani Reserve honors the deeply rooted traditions of Armenian winemaking and is a must-try for enthusiasts seeking a wine that unites history, tradition, and refinement.

The Gevorkian Ariats Areni Kakhani Reserve presents itself as a deep red wine with subtle chestnut-brown hues. The aroma is a complex blend of ripe cherries, dried black plums, cinnamon, and spicy cloves, complemented by delicate hints of roasted wood. On the palate, the wine reveals rich flavors of dried fruit, lollipops, and cream, finishing with a long-lasting aftertaste of overripe blackberries and soft tannins.
This wine has no specific expiration date if stored properly. The ideal storage conditions are a temperature between 5-20°C and a relative humidity of up to 85%. Store the wine indoors in a well-ventilated space, protected from strong odors and direct sunlight.
When it comes to pairing, Gevorkian Ariats Areni Kakhani Reserve is an excellent choice with steaks cooked to various degrees, game dishes, aged cheeses, creamy desserts, and dark chocolate. For the best tasting experience, serve the wine at a temperature of 18-20°C.
