Château Kefraya Comte de M is an exquisite red wine from Lebanon's renowned West Bekaa Valley subregion. Crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, this exceptional wine is cultivated on a limited 9-hectare plot at an altitude of 1100 meters. It undergoes an elegant maturation process, spending 24 months in fine French oak barrels, which adds depth and complexity to its character. With an alcohol content of 14%, this magnificent wine showcases the dedication and passion of its creators.

Fresh, powerful, and complex—these are the characteristics of the beautiful Château Kefraya Comte de M. The wine features notes of fresh red fruit, chocolate, and aromas of menthol, cigar, blackberries, forest fruits, and cloves. There are also hints of sandalwood, leather, and glazed red fruit. The tannins are well-structured, and the oak is perfectly integrated. The finish is long and powerful. The wine has a beautiful ruby red color with pomegranate-colored reflections. We recommend pairing this wine with red meats (beef, pork, lamb) and strong cheeses (Roquefort, blue cheese), this combination is heavenly.

The Château Kefraya winery is nestled in the Bekaa Valley, situated 1000 meters above sea level, in Lebanon’s premier wine-producing region, renowned for its high-quality wines. Since ancient Phoenician times, this area has been celebrated for its fertile land, ideal for grape cultivation and winemaking. The vines flourish in sun-soaked, non-irrigated vineyards, where the soil is rich and varied, consisting of clay-limestone, chalk, sand, and gravel. Unlike other regions of the country, the climate here is more moderate, with notable temperature fluctuations between day and night, ensuring slow, balanced growth and perfect ripening of the grapes.
