Armenia Wine Yerevan Pomegranate Wine is a refined semi-sweet wine made from the finest white pomegranates from the sun-drenched Meghri region in Armenia. This area is known for its excellent climate for both pomegranates and grapes, making it the ideal place for producing quality wines. The pomegranates are harvested in early autumn, usually in October or November, at the peak of their ripeness. For the production of this wine, the juice of the pomegranates (which makes up 70% of the wine) is carefully extracted and blended with 30% grape juice. The juice mixture undergoes a controlled fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, with the temperature maintained between 26°C and 28°C for about two weeks. This process ensures that the fresh, fruity notes of the pomegranate are brought out to their full potential. With an alcohol content of 12%, this wine offers a harmonious balance between vibrant fruitiness and a rich, deep flavor. Whether you're enjoying an informal drink or a festive meal, this versatile pomegranate wine is the perfect choice for any occasion.

The Yerevan Pomegranate Wine has a stunning red color that resembles the deep, rich hues of ripe pomegranates. The aroma is distinct and fruity, with a unique blend of pomegranate, red berries, and cherries. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and lively, with the pomegranate clearly present, complemented by a subtle undertone of berries and cherries that add extra depth to the flavor. It is a wine that is both elegant and energetic.
This pomegranate wine is ideal for a variety of dishes and, with its fresh taste and versatility, is an excellent choice for different meals. The balance between the fruity acidity and the creaminess of soft cheeses, such as goat cheese or feta, makes this wine a perfect match for cheese. It also pairs well with meat dishes with rich flavors, such as smoked or grilled foods, as the fruity notes complement the intense character of the meat. In savory stews, the wine provides a pleasant contrast, with the lively fruitiness blending with the deep flavors of the dish. Additionally, the pomegranate wine is an excellent choice for spicy dishes, and with a sweet dessert, its fresh, fruity flavor will beautifully complete the meal.
To fully experience the wine's flavor profile, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of around 8°C. This ensures that the fresh flavors and aromatic character are fully expressed.
