Voskevaz Winery is located in the Aragatsotn region of Armenia, in the picturesque village of 'Voskevaz,' which means 'golden bunch' in Armenian. The hilly landscape surrounding the imposing Mount Aragats, the highest peak in Armenia, offers an impressive and diverse view, rich in the cultural heritage of the ancient Armenian civilization. Just a few kilometers from the vineyard, along the scenic gorge of the Kasakh River, lie the ruins of the 'Badali Jam' church, dating from the 5th to the 7th century. Archaeological findings of karases, traditional Armenian clay amphorae used for burying wine for aging, have also been discovered nearby. Since its establishment in 1932, Voskevaz Winery has maintained its authentic charm, despite the introduction of modern innovations, including the unique architectural features of its buildings.
