This unique wine consists of 95.45% fermented Areni grapes, known for their rich and deep flavors. A subtle addition of 0.05% natural blackberry essence provides a light yet distinct hint of blackberry, while 4.5% sugar creates a pleasant semi-sweet taste that is refreshing and perfectly balanced. To enhance the wine's shelf life, sulfur dioxide and sorbic acid are used as preservatives. The production process for this wine begins with the manual harvesting of the grapes at their peak ripeness. After destemming, the grapes are gently crushed and fermented under controlled conditions at 26°C, allowing their full flavor and aroma to develop optimally. Following fermentation, the wine is softly pressed using a pneumatic press, ensuring the purest juice extraction and preservation of delicate blackberry nuances. To prevent the formation of tartrate crystals, the wine undergoes cold stabilization at -3°C, enhancing its clarity and stability. The wine is then filtered with a tangential filter and meticulously tested for microbiological quality, ensuring it meets the highest standards before bottling.
