The wine is made from 95.44% fermented Kangun grapes, 0.06% natural apricot aroma, and 4.5% sugar. Sulfur dioxide and sorbic acid are added as preservatives. The grapes are handpicked and carefully selected at optimal ripeness to ensure the best flavor. The production process of Armenia Wine Apricot Semisweet begins with destemming and crushing the grapes, using only the finest fruits. The crushed grapes then undergo controlled fermentation at a temperature of 15-17°C, allowing the natural aromas and flavors to shine. After fermentation, the wine is gently pressed with a pneumatic press to extract the purest juice and preserve the delicate apricot aromas. Next, the wine undergoes cold stabilization at -4°C to prevent tartrate crystals and ensure clarity and stability. Finally, the wine is filtered with a tangential filter and subjected to strict microbiological control to guarantee the highest quality and safety before bottling. This meticulous process results in a delectable semi-sweet wine, rich in flavor and aroma, perfect for any occasion. Armenia Wine Apricot Semisweet has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
