Telavi Marani Saperavi<\/strong> is an excellent Georgian wine that reflects the rich winemaking tradition of the Kakheti region. This region, located in the eastern part of Georgia, is known for its ideal climate for viticulture. The temperate continental climate in Kakheti provides the perfect conditions for grape growing, which is evident in the Telavi Marani Saperavi.\n\nThe Telavi Marani Saperavi is made from 100% Saperavi grapes, one of the most prestigious and characteristic grape varieties in Georgia. The Saperavi grape is known for its deep color, rich aromas, and complex flavor profile. The grapes for this wine are hand-picked at the moment they reach optimal ripeness, ensuring an intense and balanced flavor profile.\n\nAfter manual harvesting, the Telavi Marani Saperavi undergoes a careful vinification process. The grapes are gently destemmed and crushed, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 23-28\u00b0C. This ensures that the flavors are well preserved. During fermentation, techniques such as d\u00e9lestage and remontage are used to optimize the extraction of color and body from the wine.\n\nAfter a maceration period of 8-10 days, the wine is transferred and clarified, after which malolactic fermentation begins. The Telavi Marani Saperavi mainly ages in stainless steel tanks, but a small percentage is aged for 3-4 months in French oak barrels. This short aging in oak barrels adds extra complexity and a subtle oak flavor to the wine.\n\nThis wine has an alcohol content of 13.5%, which contributes to its full, rich taste, making it a beloved wine.<\/p>\n
