This area, located at an altitude of 900 to 1000 meters above sea level, benefits from a continental climate with long sunlit days and cool nights. This ideal climate produces grapes that are perfectly balanced in terms of acidity and sugar content. The Yerevan Brut is made from a unique blend of 65% Kangoun and 35% Rkatsiteli grapes. These grapes are carefully hand-picked in late summer when they have reached their optimal ripeness. The production of this sparkling wine follows a traditional approach. After hand harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed using a membrane press, with inert gas used to prevent oxidation and preserve the pure freshness of the grapes. The second fermentation occurs using the Charmat method, where the wine develops its fine bubbles in a sealed tank. The result is a sparkling wine with a lively mousse and a refined taste. The Yerevan Brut has an alcohol content of 11.5%, offering a light and refreshing experience.
